Are you a legitimate business?
Theory Of Seven is a registered business under the company Theory Of Seven Pte Ltd (Singapore).
How do I contact you?

How do I join the mailing list?
To receive first-hand updates and notification on lookbook previews, you can join our mailing list at the bottom left corner of our website by keying in your email address. Likewise, you may also join our facebook fanpage for news and exclusive promotions.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we do not have a physical store, however we would be having selected exclusive items up with stockists in the near future.
How do I sign up for a TOS member account?
Its easy, you may sign up for an account with us upon checking out of your shopping cart. With your email address and your specific password, your TOS unique account would be created.
Do you accept bank transfer payments?
Yes, however bank transfer is only for Local Singapore Orders.
We accept payment via Internet banking, including inter-bank transfers as well as ATM transfers only for Local Singapore Orders. Once payment has been made, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number TOSXXXX and payment details. The receipt of ATM transfer has to be retained for further verification.
For international shoppers, we only accept credit card payment via Paypal.
Do you offer meet-ups or self-collection for orders?
We currently do not offer meetups or self-collection.
There has been a mistake with my order, what am I supposed to do from here?
You may contact us at email@example.com and we will proceed with your exchange and followup.
If my orders consist of both instock as well as backorder items, will the instock be mailed out first?
We would only mail parcel as a whole when backorder arrives. If you would wish to opt for the instock to be mailed out prior to the arrival of the backorder, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, additional charges would be implemented.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add the items desired to your shopping cart and proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to enter a valid email address and your delivery and billing information. If you are a first-time customer with us, a customer account will be automatically created with the email address that you have provided. Returning customers may log into their account before proceeding to Checkout.
Please note that your items in the cart are not secure until payment is processed successfully, and may sell out during the Checkout process. Our parcels are all mailed via private courier registered shipping. Prior to delivery, our private courier would drop you an SMS (for local singapore orders). Overseas orders are shipped via Singpost Registered Shipping with tracking number.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
All sales are final and changing/refund of orders and/or cancellation is not allowed.
Do you allow for returns/exchanges?
Yes, we only do sizing exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. We currently only accept other returns and exchanges on a strict case-by-case basis. However do note, NO refunds allowed for all items purchased.
What are the various Postage options and the cost?
There are different options of postage available at Theory Of Seven.
Courier Standard Shipping (Local)
A flat rate of SGD3.50 standard courier shipping fee. It would take approximately 3 working days for instock items.
For Backorder items, do note 3 working days from stated shipment arrival date.
A standard rate of SGD10 for next day shipping. It would take 1 working day for instock items.
For Backorder items, do note 1 working day from stated shipment arrival date.
I am an international buyer, how are the postage charges like?
Regular orders are processed and dispatched from our office within 3 working days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.For Malaysia & Brunei – 7 – 10 working days*
Apparels - SGD12.00 per itemFor all other countries worldwide - 7 – 10 working days*
Apparels - SGD20.00 per item
*in addition to 1 – 3 working days of order processing
If you require a faster shipping option (Speedpost EMS, Express AirMail, DHL, FedEx), please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order. Extra charges would be incurred.
In the event that the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full redelivery postage cost will have to be accounted for by the customer.
Kindly note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your parcel as deemed by your country's legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer.
My order payment has been verified, when will my items be shipped out?
All Instock orders are processed and dispatched from our office within 3 working days*
All Backorder orders would be sent out within 3 working days* from shipment arrival date.
*Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
I have yet receive my items I ordered and mailed out a week ago, what do I do?
Kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number, name and items you have yet receive. We would get back to you within 48hours.
